A 2 & 3D Clusterer for the DAGH system

We have developed and tested a 2 & 3D clusterer for use with the
DAGH system. The essential characteristics are:
- It is a signature clusterer based on Berger and Rigoutsos,
IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and
Cybernetics, 21 No 5., (Sept/Oct 1991)
- It is written in C++
- It uses the DAGH geometry abstractions directly to do the
clustering operations
You can upload the latest version here. If
you would like to try the code, you can also upload a
wrapper which provides main and calls the clusterer in a
variety of different ways. Note that this clusterer is
incorporated into the DAGH system in the newest release.
